UNIORG, established in 2024, is a premier institution specializing in the study of orgtology – the science of organisation. With a unique curriculum and dedicated Study Centres, we empower students with practical skills and critical knowledge in the fields of organizational science, strategy development and implementation, organisational design, risk management, performance assessment, environmental analysis, and executive coaching.
Our approach combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, equipping students to navigate and lead in an evolving, complex global landscape. UNIORG is a cyber-based university, registered in South Africa. Yet, we admit students around the globe. Where a country has enough students, we establish an orgtology community where students and experienced Orgtologists can network and learn from each other. In so, we are committed to academic rigor, community engagement, and cultivating the next generation of organizational leaders.
We advance orgtology-based knowledge and skills to capacitate aspirant and practicing Orgtologists.
Skilled Orgtologists in every country on earth.

The Centre produces and delivers the COP (Certified Orgtologist Program). This is a professional certification that delves into organizational science, strategy development and execution, organisational design, process engineering, and executive coaching. The COP is foundational in that it is a requirement for registration as an Orgtologist with the International Orgtology Institute (IOI). Interested students must hold a recognised bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. The program duration is 18-months. Our tutors are all highly qualified, led by the originator of Orgtology, Derek Hendrikz.
This centre focuses on giving orgtology students and practicing Orgtologists the practical skills in applying orgtology theory within the workplace. These programs are mentor-based, where the student will work with an experienced Orgtologist on various projects to gain the skills to independently practice in a specialist field. The fields depend on the availability of an experienced Orgtologist, and can include strategy development and implementation, Org design, process engineering, development of performance management systems, executive coaching, REET analysis, risk management, and others.
All UNIORG programs are fully accredited by the International Orgtology Institute (IOI). Our Certified Orgtologist Program (COP) is an entry requirement for registering as an Orgtologist with the IOI. Our other advanced mentorship programs are all accredited and can be used for advanced registration with the IOI.
To register of our Certified Orgtologist Program, a student must hold a reputable bachelor’s degree, equivalent, or higher qualification.
For our practical mentorship programs, a student must have completed the COP.
We welcome students who are passionate about organizational science and eager to make a difference. Admissions are open for quarterly intakes.
For more information on admission requirements, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities, please contact our Admissions Office.
The University of Orgtology (UNIORG) is currently in the process of registration with the South African Qualifications Framework and the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). This is a long and bureaucratic process, and we request our students to be patient.
