About Course
The Organisational Design Specialist coaching program is aimed at training and giving practical experience to registered Orgtologists who want to specialise in the field of organisational design.
To qualify for this program applicants must adhere to the following conditions:
- Have successfully completed the Certified Orgtologist Program (COP).
- Be registered as an Orgtologist with the International Orgtology Institute (IOI).
On completion of this practical program, a student will be able to register as a Specialist Orgtologist in the field of organisational design.
The program is mostly practical, and students will have to prove competence in the application of all the quality standards in Org Design, as published by the IOI. The program has an academic part and a practical part. The practical part will take the most of time, and students will be involved in actual client projects.
This advanced program will have the following structure:
- Guide 1: Introduction to the Specialist Program in Organisational Design.
- Guide 2: The IOI Quality Standards for Org Design.
- Guide 3: Creating a process flow.
- Guide 4: Designing a Level Zero construct.
- Guide 5: Collecting operational data from process flows.
- Guide 6: Developing process targets.
- Guide 7: Proposing an organogram.
- Guide 8: Proposing a culture framework that will embrace the new Org Design.
- Guide 9: Working with cross-functional teams.
- Guide 10: Role of the Lead Orgtologist in an Org Design project.
